We want your art to arrive safely and quickly. 

Once your print is ready to ship, delivery usually takes 3 to 7+ business days, depending on your location.

Your order will ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or FedEx Smartpost, carefully packaged to protect it from moisture and damage.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. 

Most orders are shipped within 7 business days.

Return and Damage Policy

We care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident when ordering art.

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact me within 2 days of delivery at info@marisolevora.art with: 

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage

My professional print partner will review your request.

If the issue qualifies, a replacement or refund will be issued, based on the condition and the details provided.

As every piece is printed just for you, returns or exchanges for other reasons (e.g. size or style change) are not accepted.

You do not need to return the damaged print.
