Shipping

Please note that temporarily, I am only shipping within the European Union (EU). 

I appreciate your understanding and hope to resume worldwide shipping soon. Thank you for your continued support. 

 

  

Processing and Estimated Shipping Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after I received your payment. The paintings will be packed and shipped professionally. Please note that transit times listed in checkout do not include these 2 days.

Europe: 2-14 business days
( North America: 1-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 1-5 weeks ) 

 

I'm committed to sending your order as fast as possible, but please bear in mind, delivery times might vary. Delays at customs can occasionally affect how quickly your order arrives. I truly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns

I gladly accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Please contact me/email me with the subject line "return" and write in the mail the name of the painting and I will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.

You need to ship items back within:14 days of delivery.

Money back within 7 days after having received the returned painting in original condition.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

If you wish to make an exchange, I will ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. 

 

 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders.

 

 

 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
