Once your print is ready, delivery typically takes 3 to 7+ business days, depending on your location.
Your order will ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or FedEx Smartpost, carefully packaged to prevent damage.

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order ships.
Most orders ship within 7 business days.

Return & Damage Policy

We care deeply about your experience and want you to feel confident when ordering.

If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please get in touch with me within 2 days of delivery at:  info@marisolevora.art

Please include: 

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage

My professional print partner will review your request. 

If the issue qualifies, a replacement or refund will be issued based on the condition and details provided.

You do not need to return the damaged print.

As every piece is made to order, returns for other reasons (e.g. size or style change) are not accepted.
